Grace & Peace Everyone! I've been really busy for the past couple of weeks leading up to the release of my album. I had somethings come against me, misunderstandings, folks not returning calls when I'm trying to reach out to them. But I'm rejoicing cause my heart is right with God, and I haven't done anything wrong. I want to encourage my readers that are reading this; whenever you are striving to do right and things, people, or situations take a turn for the worst, don't give up neither give in. You are doing something right! Just like Jesus, which the bible says that He was anointed by God with the Holy Ghost and with Power, and went about doing good. But in the midst of Him doing good, His own disciples didn't have faith like they should, Judas betrayed Him, Peter denied Him, Pharisees & Saducees trying to find fault with Him, and His own fellow Jews crucified Him. But out of all of that, He still rose from the grave with power in His hands, conquering sin, death, poverty, sickness, diseases, etc. You name it, He conquered it all.
I said that all to say this; because Jesus was more passionate & focused on the Father's Will, He didn't allow folks to break His focus, or make Him abort His passion. He was faithful till the end. And as the bible says in Philippians 1:6 "that He which began a good work in you shall perform (in other words complete) it, until the day Christ returns." And it also says in Matthew 24:13 "But he that shall endure till the end, the same shall be saved." With all that being said, it should ignite a passion within you to pursue your God given potential. So what if folks doubt you, you keep your focus till your dream comes into fruition. God will always surround you with people that's for you to help take you to the next level. Folks are like Mathematics, they either Add & Multiply in your life, or they Subtract & Divide. You don't need anybody taking away, nor dividing your life. If that's the case, MINUS THEM OUT! Surround yourself around people that will ADD to your dreams & visions. Anything that is not an asset to your life is a liability.
So bringing this all home I've been experiencing the most toughest battle ever. And what's crazy about this thing is that every time I set in motion with progress, the enemy would use folks that are close to me to upset me. Don't get me wrong, I do believe that they mean well, but if you are trusting in the same God that I'm trusting in, why are you complaining? I can't stand complaining. I don't even like to hear myself complain, so you can imagine how I get when folks come around me complaining. It's a vexation to my spirit. God hates murmuring and complaining. It's one thing to pray and tell God all about your problems, than to complain to God about your problems. But in the midst of it I'm staying calm. Cause God is the ultimate in my life. I'm not moved by situations, circumstances, and neither people. Cause if it was up to people, I wouldn't be where I am right now. Some may take it as a cold statement; but if you only knew what I've experienced and dealt with in the past with people, all I know is to trust in God and live my life to please Him, and not people. I've too experienced let downs, put downs, doubts, betrayals, disappointments, etc; all this cause of the folks that I've dealt with. The bible says in Jeremiah 17:5 curse be the man that trust in man, makes flesh his arm of flesh his are, and whose heart departed from the Lord." We should be leaning more towards God, and not our own understanding, according to Proverbs 3:5.
I'm I saying People are a problem? NO! We are all imperfected creatures with flaws and faults. I have my own faults & flaws, but God is a deliverer. I don't even trust in my own flesh, cause the real me at times want to curse folks out, and buck wild. But when you are living for God, He is the one who fights all of your battles.
So I'm praying heavy in this season, cause God is up to something very major. And I'm expecting something unusual to happen in less than 24 hours. I had to drop this nugget to encourage you to stand having done all to stand. Be that 1 Man Army that is more than a conquerer!!!
